Woman should aim for around 21-29g per day while men should aim for around 30-38g per day!
Two types of fibre; soluble and insoluble:
#Soluble fibre is simply fibre which dissolves in water in the digestive system and helps reduce #cholesterol in the blood and includes foods such as #fruits, #vegetables and #oats!
#Insoluble fibre simple doesn’t dissolve in water and passes through you gut helping your digestive system function more easily and includes foods such as #wholemeal bread and #nuts and #seeds!
Another benefit is that fibre also helps you stay full for longer!
