Macronutrients 01 🍞🍏🍫
A #macronutrient is simply a nutrient that is required in significant amounts in your diet. These include #carbohydrates, #fats and #protein!

When it comes to calories and the macronutrients, both protein and carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram and fat contains 9 calories per gram! Alcohol also contains 7 calories per gram!

Macronutrient requirements will largely depend on your #training goal, meaning whether you want to gain weight (build muscle) maintain weight or lose weight (fat loss) and are derived as a percentage of your daily calorie intake!
