#Vitamins are #organic compounds in food which are essential for normal growth and nutrition and maintaining health. There are two types including; fat soluble and water soluble!
#Fat soluble vitamins include vitamin A, D, E and K and are stored in the body in your liver and fatty tissues and so do not need to be consumed as frequently as water soluble vitamins!
#Water soluble vitamins include the B vitamins, vitamin C and folic acid and are not stored in the body and so are required more frequently!
#Minerals are solid naturally occurring #inorganic substances which are split into two groups; macro-minerals (required in larger amounts) and trace minerals (required in smaller amounts)!
