#Vitamin A is necessary for vision, healthy skin, body tissues and healthy immune system functioning! You should be able to get all your vitamin A you need through your daily diet! Additional vitamin A is stored by the body for future use!

Recommendations for daily intake:

#Men – around 0.7mg per day

#Woman – around 0.6mg per day

Research suggests too much vitamin A over many years may affect your bones, making them more likely to fracture.

Sources of Vitamin A include:

#Cheese

#Eggs

#Oily fish

#Milk 

#Lamb/turkey
