Drop sets 07
A #drop-set is simply where you perform an #exercise till #failure at a specific weight and then reduce the weight and go till failure again for as many drops as you want! With no #rest in between drops!

This type of training is mainly used when training for #muscle #hypertrophy (increase size of muscle) due to the increased time under tension, which has been linked with increased acute growth hormone response!

Practical application – on your last set of each exercise try performing a drop set if your training goal is hypertrophy!
