#Frequency – this refers to how often you exercise!
#Intensity – this refers to how hard you exercise!
#Time – this refers to the duration of your exercise sessions, how long you exercise for!
#Type – this refers to the type of exercise you do!
Practical application – in order to use the FITT principle effectively, each component must be based on your own individual specific goals! You should use the FITT principle to assess your training regularly and apply changes when you start hitting plateau’s!
