#Adduction: Moving towards the body’s midline!
#Pronation: Rotating the hand or foot inwards!
#Supination: Rotating the hand or foot outwards!
#Dorsiflexion: bringing your foot upwards towards your shin!
#Plantar-flexion: Pointing your foot downwards!
#Protraction: Movement of a body part in the anterior direction (forward)
#Retraction: Movement of a body part on posterior direction (back)
#Circumduction: circular movement of a limb (e.g. At shoulder or hip)
