Boxing style workout!Ā 

Today’s boxing style circuit šŸ‘Š

ā€‹ā€‹

Workout was as followed:

– 1 min jump rope

– 20 squats into a “cross” punch

– 1 min jump rope

– 20 squats into a “jab” punch

– 10 front raise into lateral raise

– 15 leg raises

– No rest between exercises

– 1 minute rest after complete

– Repeat 5-8 times

Boxing style training is a great way to train while having fun and is a great conditioning workout! I would highly recommend boxing for those who want fat loss!
