Basic nutrition – Vitamin K sources and benefits! πŸƒ

Vitamin K sources and benefits 07 πŸƒ
#Vitamin K is needed for blood clotting and therefore helps the body heal properly. It also supports tissue and bone health!

#Recommended daily intake is approximately 0.001mg per kg of bodyweight! So an individual who’s weights 75kg would need 0.075mg per day!

#Good sources of vitamin K include green leafy vegetables, cereal grains and vegetable oils! Any excess vitamin k that your body doesn’t require will get stored in the liver!

Feel free to DM me on Facebook or Instagram (just search Damon Artiss) or email me at damon.artiss@gmail.com for any training help or advice!

Again feel free to leave a comment with any questions you may have and I’ll be sure to answer in the comments or create a blog post answering your questions!

Best wishes,
