#Recommended daily intake is approximately 0.001mg per kg of bodyweight! So an individual who’s weights 75kg would need 0.075mg per day!
#Good sources of vitamin K include green leafy vegetables, cereal grains and vegetable oils! Any excess vitamin k that your body doesn’t require will get stored in the liver!
