There are many different types of vitamin B! The table above illustrates the benefits and best sources of each along with the recommended daily intake (RDI) for each type!

B vitamins are a class of water soluble vitamins that each play a role in cell metabolism! Although they have similar names, they are chemically distinct, however are usually coexist in the same foods!
