Basic nutrition – Vitamin E

Vitamin E acts as a antioxidant which protects cell membranes! It also helps to maintain healthy skin, eyes and strengthens the immune system!

Good sources of vitamin E include; plant oils, nuts and seeds!

The recommended daily intake for men is around 6-15mg and for woman is around 6-19mg!
