Good sources of calcium include; milk, cheese and green leafy vegetables!
#Recommended daily intake for adults is around 700-1300mg!
Calcium #deficiency can lead to #osteoporosis and #osteopenia and increase the risk of #injury! However too much can lead to stomach pains and diarrhoea.
