A lack of iron can lead to iron #deficiency anaemia which is basically a reduction in the number of red blood cells, which means organs and tissues won’t get as much oxygen as they usually would!
#Good sources include liver, meat, nuts and beans!
#Recommended daily intake for males is between 7-11mg and for females between 7-27mg and is achievable through your daily diet!
