Is is typically known as the “slow” digesting protein and for this reason is typically taken before going to bed, for its slow release to aid recovery during the night!
Casein is the #predominant form of protein in milk (80% casein, 20% whey)!
Again supplements are not required, they are simply used to aid a healthy #balanced diet!
