Carnitine plays a role in #energy production and transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidised (burned) to produce ATP (energy)!
#Good sources include animal products such as meat, fish and milk!
Commonly considered as a “fat burner” however research is conflicting on the subject! With regards to #performance, Carnitine has been associated with increased #endurance!
